Buy 3 prepaid massages (same monetary value), and get 1 free.  May be shared with family membes in same household.  Must be used within 30 days.

HEALTHY REWARDS MAINTENANCE PACKAGE: 
Buy 5 prepaid massages (same monetary value), and get 1 free.  May be shared with family members in same household.  Must be used within six months.

Ways to order gift certificates:

•    Order your gift certificate over our internet store with your credit card.  With this option, you may choose to pick up the gift certificate at our office or have the gift certificate mailed to you or the recipient. 

•    Order your gift certificate over the telephone with your credit card.  With this option, you may choose to pick up the gift certificate at our office or have the gift certificate mailed to you or the recipient.  Call 712.256.2561 with your credit card information, plus the treatment, dollar amount of your gift or number of classes, who it is for, and their address if you want it mailed.

•    Purchase in person at our office during office hours at our location. Visit our clinic in Council Bluffs to purchase massage or yoga gift certificates, in dollar values, massage treatments or for one of our fabulous massage packages. We're located at 300 W. Broadway, Suite 712, just above the Omni Movie Theatres through the courtyard up from Midstates Bank.

•    By Fax: Dial 712.256.1927 with your credit card information and phone number, plus the treatment or dollar amount of your gift, who it is for, and their address if you want it mailed.

•    Send a cashier's check or money order along with the type and length of treatment requested, yours and the recipients' contact information.  We will mail the gift certificate to you or the recipient.
