Swedish Massage *   30 minutes:  $30   1 hour:  $60   1 1/2 hours:  $80 *Deep pressure add $20 to price.	Light to medium pressure affects the release of recurring muscle tension, reduces muscle pain, increases flexibility, and enhances circulation.  It calms the nervous system, which reduces stress and promotes a greater sense of well-being.  The most common problem areas of the neck and shoulders are focused on in the 30 min. massage.
Bamboo Massage  *   1 hour:  $75   1 1/2 hours:  $90 *Deep pressure add $20 to price.	We use 100% solid bamboo massage tools. Try this new, luxurious massage modality using bamboo of various shapes and sizes. Our bamboo is warmed and used directly on the skin with lotion, creme, or oil. This is ideal for all treatment modalities including deep pressure and full body.
Aromatherapy Massage *   1 hour:  $75   1 1/2 hours:  $90 *Deep pressure add $20 to price.	A relaxing massage with light to medium pressure using 100% therapeutic-grade pure essential oils and heated towels.

Couples Massage Fee is per person for the service Please call to schedule	Couples massage treatments - share the experience together.  Enjoy getting a massage in the same room, at the same time, on separate tables, by two different massage therapists.  It can be a husband and wife, girlfriend and boyfriend, same-sex partners, or even moms and daughters sometimes or best friends.  Men usually discover that therapeutic touch is very relaxing and restorative. Once they experience a couples massage, they are more willing to book a massage on their own.  It can also be a good choice if you're traveling with someone you don't get to see often enough -- a sister, girlfriend, mom or best friends -- and you want to spend as much time together as possible.

A calming, yet rejuvenating treatment that focuses on vital energy points and stimulating massage of the scalp and face that will help to reduce tension and increase circulation leaving you feeling energized and relaxed.
Face and Scalp Bliss *   20 minutes:  $30 * ADD ON to any massage service for $5.00 off.	A special hair and scalp hydrating elixir is used before the Face and Scalp Massage.  NOTE:  Elixir is a leave-in treatment to wash out at home.
Paraffin Treatments *      Facial: 30 mins. $30      Feet:  20 mins.:  $20      Hands:  20 mins.:  $20 * ADD ON to any massage service for $5.00 off.	Useful in sympotomatic temporary relief of pain caused by medically diagnosed arthritis, bursitis, and chronic joint inflammation.  Helps relax muscles; helps relieve stiffness and pain.  Stimulates local circulation and very hydrating to the skin.  Facial includes a relaxing massage to the face, shoulders, arms and hands.
Hot Stone Massage *   1 hour:  $75   1 1/2 hours:  $90 *Deep pressure add $20 to price.	By massaging with hands and the deep penetrating heat of smooth, basalt stones, your therapist is able to deeply and effectively work your muscles and balance your energy.  Heat assists in loosening the tightness often caused by stress and tension.
Peppermint Hot Stone Feet or Hand Massage *      Feet:  30 mins.:  $30      Hands:  20 mins.:  $20 * ADD ON to any massage service for $5.00 off.	Expert hands will soothe and alleviate soreness and infuse your feet or hands with hot stones and peppermint oils to provide a cool and refreshing sensation.
Pregnancy Massage   30 minutes:  $30   1 hour:  $60   1 1/2 hours:  $80	Pre-natal massage techniques are delivered on a body support system allowing the mother-to-be to lie face down as well as face up comfortably and safely for both mom and baby.  This style of massage will help to reduce aches and pains associated with developmental changes that occur with pregnancy as well as fluid retention that may occur during pregnancy.  This relaxation massage helps relieve sinus congestion, backaches, leg cramps and sciatica pain.  Massage is encouraged and supported throughout the entire pregnancy, including the first trimester and up to three months after giving birth.  High risk pregnancies require MD's approval.
Reiki   1 hour:  $70	The word “reiki” (ray-key) means Universal Life Force Energy. Reiki is a Japanese healing art whereby the practitioner places his or her hands upon the person to be healed and acts as a conduit, channeling the healing energy of the universe into the recipient to restore balance and harmony. During a reiki session the client may remain clothed as the energy passes directly through ones clothing. As emotional problems often manifest themselves in physical ailments, and physical trauma often brings about intense emotional responses, reiki simultaneously brings about both physical and mental balance and harmony.

We endeavor to give you our very best in order to enhance your experience with us. We adhere to certain policies to benefit you, our most special guest, and also to benefit our valued therapists. We realize other clinics may not share our policies, however, every clinic is unique in it's operation and in respecting both your time and our therapist's. We know you'll have a great experience with us as we strive to be your favorite Council Bluffs massage place.

Arrival 20 minutes prior to your first treatment is requested, allowing ample time to check-in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure.  We invite you to drink our herbal teas before and after your massage treatments.

Late Policy:  We know that at one time or another you may be running late.  We also know that sometimes it may be due to circumstances you can't control.  However, if this happens, our session will still end at the appointed time so that the next guest is not delayed.  This is due to the fact that it would not be fair to the patient who has an appointment behind you and those that follow throughout the day.

Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy, a minimum 24 hour notice is required for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. A 48 hour notice is required for any Massage Package reservation or multiple services. 
If appointment made to redeem your massage gift certificate is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 4 hours in advance, we will be unable to redeem your certificate.
Please understand that your time commitment begins at the moment you reserve a massage.  In order to make it fair to everyone, please consider your schedule carefully and don't commit to a time that you feel may be questionable.  There are times when a cancellation is, of course, necessary; but please give advanced notice whenever possible.  Cancellations and/or rescheduling must be made no less than 4 hours (medical emergencies excluded) prior to the massage session or full payment is expected and will be billed.  On the other hand, if we need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment without 4 hours notice, you will receive a free session.  

Gratuity: We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified massage professionals in the industry. Our recommended standard gratuity for massage treatments is 18%-20%. Gratuity to therapist can be in cash, personal check, or credit card. 

Please notify our Receptionist before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure or varicose veins.  Please advise of other physical challenges you may have or if you are pregnant. Booking an appointment with a specific therapist can be made for you if you ask for the therapist by name.  All massage guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well-being in mind.

Quiet Environment: As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and pagers are not permitted.

Gift Certificates are available for services only and not redeemable if lost or stolen and are non-transferable. An appointment using your gift certificate, can only be made by providing the gift certificate number when making your reservation. Gift certificates for massage packages can only be redeemed for the treatments in the specified massage package, no substitutions. If appointment made to redeem your massage gift certificate is not cancelled or rescheduled at least 4 hours in advance, we will be unable to redeem your certificate.  Should you not wish to redeem a gift certificate you can use the treatment value or stated dollar value as a credit towards retail items or a yoga class series.
