Dr. Gutshall is a Licensed Chiropractor and a Certified Acupuncturist with over 40 years of experience with a degree from Cleveland University-Kansas City.
Dr. Gutshall provides hands on chiropractic and acupuncture experience with a low force tech approach for all age groups. Dr. Gutshall previously lived and worked in the northwestern area of Missouri then moved to Council Bluffs. He has come out of retirement to practice at Prairielands Chiropractic, adding on to his 40 years of experience.
Dr. Gutshall is happily married to his wife, Kathy. Together they have five children and four grandchildren. Aside from spending time with his family, he enjoys golf and baseball in his free time.

Dr. Struebing is originally from Albion, Nebraska. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska—Lincoln in 2016.
After seeing the many benefits of chiropractic care throughout his years growing up as a patient, Dr. Struebing decided to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic—Davenport. During his time at Palmer, he spent a year in the Palmer Clinics working as a student intern and worked in the Palmer rehabilitation department. Dr. Struebing has taken several elective classes and seminars outside of the core classes at Palmer to expand his clinical knowledge and skills. He also completed a preceptorship in Schuyler, NE to cap off his time at Palmer before graduating as a Doctor of Chiropractic in the fall of 2019.

Ellie was born and raised in Aberdeen, South Dakota. She was a student at South Dakota School of Massage Therapy in Sioux Falls, South Dakota while working as an intern at a local Spa. She graduated with over 700 hours of clinical work in the nine months of schooling. After graduating at the beginning of 2018, Ellie has been working full- time as a therapist.
Ellie has a collaborative approach to reaching the specific goals of her clients through listening to the body and thoughtful communication with the client. She combines that notion with her clinical education in order to provide a thorough, and effective massage. She believes in the power of human touch and has a passion for helping people.

She graduated from Nevada School of Massage Therapy in 2000, and holds an Iowa Master's Educator teaching license. Outside of the clinic, Shamani enjoys spending time with her two smart children, riding her appaloosa horses, driving her hackney pony, breeding and raising registered purebred Nigerian Dwarf Goats, raising and breeding AKC Registered German Shepherd dogs, hiking, sewing and gardening, and of course, practicing yoga!
